Called on a Saturday morning and even though he didn’t have any parts for our boiler, Richard came out within the hour to see if he could get it back up and running. Richard did a fab job, the boiler got a mini service and is now running better than before. Would definitely recommend.

Richard repaired my Vaillant ecotec boiler earlier this year, replacing a worn out dip tube and valves. His preparation for the work was thorough and he explained my options clearly, demonstrating obvious Knowledge of my particular boiler model. Richard was polite and professional in undertaking the work, again explaining what he was doing and why. Whilst at my house he focused on the task and made sure the room he was working in was left in a tidy state. Some time after completing the work Richard contacted me to confirm the boiler was still working well (it was). I’m happy to recommend Richard and will have him back to service my boiler or carry out any future diagnostics and repair work.

Richard responded brilliantly to my urgent call on New year’s Day 2025: I had returned home at 11am, after seeing the new year in, to find the house cold! Boiler had failed! That night was forecast to be below zero (and it was).

A phone call to Richard with the boiler fault code led to a rapid likely diagnosis. He promised to get to me as soon as he could and arrived early afetrnoon.

A few tests confirmed his earlier diagnosis and he replaced the main circuit board – fortunately he carries a fantastic range of spares.

We were up and running in an hour!

Richard was quick to reply to my enquiry, arranged an appointment to come really quickly and came at the time he said. He had all the parts required to fix my boiler the same day.
