Hello and welcome to my website, my name is Rich and I’m a Gas Safe registered heating industry professional.

I specialise predominantly in boiler repairs and maintenance, mostly on specific domestic and light commercial natural gas Vaillant ecoTEC boiler models.

I repair and work on most Vaillant ecoTEC boiler models and types of boiler including combination boilers, system boilers and heat-only boilers.

I’ve used Richard to service my boiler for several years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The first time he looked at my boiler he fixed a problem that several other engineers had failed to fix, and even refunded me when a part he had bought turned out not to be needed. As stated my name is Rich and I am a Gas Safe registered Vaillant ecoTEC boiler service and repair specialist, my Gas Safe registration number is 538863.

I am fully qualified and insured to work on all domestic and light commercial natural gas boilers under 70kw of output, in both domestic and commercial properties.

How much I charge

The cost to service or repair your boiler is generally going to be determined by the boiler make and model, its age, what parts it needs and how long it is going to take to service or repair.

If your boiler requires a repair and you would an estimate as to how much your boiler may end up costing, the best thing to do is give us a call.

When it comes to boiler repairs, generally I would need anything up to an hour or so to make a thorough assessment of your boiler and determine exactly what parts it needs, and how much time will be needed to carry out the repair.

At this point I am generally able to provide you with an exact figure or very close estimate as to what the repair might cost.

In general I work on a rate of £60 per hour for domestic properties and £80 an hour for commercial properties.

For a start I’m Gas Safe registered, extensively trained on Vaillant ecoTEC boilers, and I carry most of the common parts for the Vaillant boilers I work on.

Once I’ve made a thorough assessment of your boiler, I will know exactly what parts it needs and how long it will take to repair.

At this point I can generally provide you with an exact repair price or close estimate, and assuming you’re happy to go ahead then I can get to work getting your boiler up and running again.

I won’t condemn your boiler after 20 minutes of scratching my chin, and trying to look like we know what I’m doing.
